THE CDF Treasury Committee and staff deliver good news to the Bishop of Hamilton for the 2023-24 financial year.
CDF Manager Marian Greene is pleased to announce that a distribution of $1M was made available for the Bishop of Hamilton for the 2023/24 year to continue supporting good works within his Diocese.
Marian commented, “We are confident that our strong investment policies and commitment to growth and improvement will allow the CDF to continue to provide financial support to the Hamilton Diocese. The work of the CDF can only be enhanced by the continued support from the people of our Diocese.”
In 2023/24, the CDF's annual distribution will enable pastoral works to be undertaken in areas such as:
Catholic Social Services
Catholic Youth Team
Chaplaincy Services
Catholic Education Office
The National Seminary
The CDF takes a robust values-based approach to investing and ensures that all investments are aligned with its Investment Policy, thus supporting Catholic principles. Investments made with the CDF directly impact the Hamilton Diocese and allow members of the Diocese to contribute and to make a positive difference.
